London, UK - 24th January, 2005 - Compuware Corporation (NASDAQ: CPWR) today unveiled Compuware Vantage Analyzer for J2EE, a significant extension to the Vantage service management solution that helps IT operations staff deliver higher levels of service to their business at lower cost. Specifically, customers running enterprise Java applications can now use Compuware Vantage to more quickly identify and isolate performance and availability problems.
The new capabilities extend Compuware's application service management J2EE support and specifically enhance Vantage's support for enterprise Java applications with end-to-end analysis capabilities, allowing enterprises to deliver excellent transaction-centric service. Together with Compuware Strobe's Websphere Application Server and Java support for analysing applications running on z/OS, this announcement demonstrates Compuware's ongoing commitment to helping customers solve performance problems throughout the enterprise.
