10:15       “Delivering Excellent Application Service Through Agentless End-User Experience Monitoring” – Michael Allen, Compuware Global Director, Performance Solutions

Michael Allen has been working in the IT industry for over 12 years, the last nine with Compuware. During the first three years with Compuware, Michael was responsible for the company’s EMEA technical organisation, working with Compuware’s Application Performance Management Solution. Today he is responsible for Compuware’s IT Service Management Solutions.

Michael will share his experience from working with hundreds of European customers, outlining the challenges, best practices and quick wins for organisations evolving from infrastructure to end-user oriented monitoring.  The presentation will also discuss the interdependencies of Business Service Management and Application Performance Management with End-User Experience monitoring.
