Vacation
Compuware understands the importance of time off to relax and re-energize and provides paid vacation based upon an individual's length of service.

Personal/Sick Time Off
Employees are eligible to take a reasonable amount of personal and sick time.

Holidays
Compuware grants holiday pay to employees for select holidays.

Leave of Absence Programs
Several leaves of absence are offered, including Family & Medical Leave, military, bereavement and jury duty.

Flexible Work Arrangements
Compuware's core business hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. ET. However, flexible work arrangements are offered where practical.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Compuware's EAP provides free, confidential, 24-hour access to professional advice on a variety of topics.

Commuter Assistance Center (CAC)
The CAC provides employees with information about a variety of potential cost-saving commuter options.
