This elite program turns you into highly skilled, precision-trained professional on the fast track to success. The program is formulated to produce the world’s next corporate leaders with character, confidence and the respect of peers. Program participants are challenged by real-world scenarios of business- and technology-related issues. They are introduced to Compuware’s revolutionary products and people on the most in-depth level, through hands-on training, mock demonstrations and side-by-side mentoring. Get an education in technology performance while learning our entire business from top to bottom at our world-class headquarters.

This program focuses on training for our Solution Delivery Group (SDG). The SDG team members work one on one with customers on implementation and training, either on a short-term basis as a consultant, or as part of our Premium Guardian Services team. Guardians maintain and mature a customer’s investment in Compuware solutions, to ensure our customers get maximum value. Guardians ensure our solutions run optimally, and work with IT to report its success and value to the business, during long-term, on-site engagements.

As a result of the PDP reach, you must be willing to travel, as assignments could take you to various locations across the country or around the world!
